To submit a design, please provide one digital image (JPEG) of your proposed memorial -- no larger than 100k and a 100-200 word statement of purpose. Each entry should have a title or name. All entrants will remain anonymous on the NIWM web site. To aid the design process, entrants are asked to review the proposed memorial site here.
