Statement of Purpose:

American citizens and especially the current administration, can gaze upon the once grassy knoll now a pool filled with blood from the lives of American and Iraqi citizens who died as a result of the Iraqi War. "Blood for Oil" includes a towering metal sculpture of a big Texas oil rig (as a gesture to the "War President," George W. Bush). The oil rig rests upon an island in the center of the blood memorial.
